DODO - Landtunnel A2

Near Leidsche Rijn the A2 will get roofed over by a land tunnel with a length of 1680 meter and a width of 80 meter.  The roof of the ground level tunnel, with a surface of 24 soccer pitches, connects the Vinex area with the city Utrecht. Not only will the land tunnel cause a better connection between the two cities, it will also reduce the Noise Pollution.

The western tunnel tube is planned to be made public in October 2009. The eastern tunnel tube is expected to be opened mid-2010.

Soccerstadium Zwolle

Early October 2006 Nagabouw received the order to build the new Soccerstadium for FC Zwolle.

The stadium will be build 40 metres next to the current stadium of FC Zwolle, called "Oosterenk". A crowd of over 10,500 persons will be able to suit themselves in this new stadium.The Oosterenkcomplex will give 5000 m² space for the soccerclub. Besides that, an amount of 32000 m² is available for different commercial stores, like clubs and pubs, restaurants, office, hotel, fitness, retail and leisure. There is also place reserved for an enourmous casino.

Officebuilding Flight Forum II

Early September 2006 Nagabouw, in cooperation with
LSI project investment nv and Dura Vermeer Bouw Rosmalen BV, staredt with realising a second officebuilding for Getronics PinkRoccade.

This building-block, located next to the building of Flight Forum I in Eindhoven, measures about 9.000 m2 business spaces and 145 parking spaces. The building consists of 8 officefloors and 2 floors with (partly underground) parking spaces.
